Extreme apologies for my lag...it's been a hectic season! I'll be doing some retrospective blogs soon about some cool stuff that happened over the past few months, but for the time being, just wanted to post this vid clip that was taken of a booth performance I did at the NAMM show (Gruv Gear booth) a few weeks ago. The bass clarinetist is Keith Felch and the percussionist is David Owens. Both players are hugely talented and great friends of mine, and they each performed on various tracks from both my "Pondering the Sushi" and "Tea in the Typhoon" projects.
It's a bit rough...but live as can be...absolutely no fixes!
I'm a freelance bassist/solo artist/clinician, based in Southern California but spending lots of time traveling throughout North America, Europe and Japan. I'm humbled and honored that my bass instructional dvd series ("Grooving for Heaven”) and solo cds ("Pondering the Sushi" & "Tea In The Typhoon") have been well received and widely distributed in the United States and abroad. I currently tour and record with worship artist (and former Steve Perry guitarist) Lincoln Brewster.
